At the venue, we showcased new models made with Aogami and Ginsan steel, including the KYUSAKICHI brand's ZDP189 series.
KYUSAKICHI is a brand that pursues excellent sharpness and ease of use by leveraging the manufacturing technology cultivated by Yoshida Hamono in Taku City, Saga Prefecture, and maximizing the characteristics of the steel materials.
This exhibition was a very meaningful opportunity to reunite with partners who, like us, believe in the value of Japanese cutlery culture and are spreading its appeal to the world.
